Introduction
This website is webing.com, operated by Webing Ltd, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom, company number 07033016. Processing follows the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), the ePrivacy Directive and the Italian Data Protection Authority’s guidelines of 10 June 2021.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files sent by websites to your device, where they are stored and returned to the same website on later visits. Similar tools, including web beacons, pixels, local identifiers and SDKs, collect browsing information and follow the same rules.
2. Cookie categories used
Essential cookies, always active
Necessary for the website and services you request, including security, sessions and remembering banner choices. These do not require consent.
- webing_consent, a cookie storing consent preferences for six months.
- webing_cookie_consent_v2, the same choice saved in browser local storage without an expiry date. It can be removed through browser settings or by updating preferences.
- Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), spam protection for website forms: short-lived technical identifiers are set only when a form is submitted.
- Umami (cloud instance hosted in the European Union, data controller Webing Ltd), cookieless visit measurement: it stores nothing on the device, uses no persistent identifiers and does not track users across other websites. The data is aggregated statistics (page views, referrer, device type) and cannot identify a person. For this reason it does not require consent. The data stays within the European Union.
Preference cookies
These remember choices such as language or interface settings to provide personalised functionality. They require consent.
Analytics cookies
These collect aggregate statistics about visitor numbers and how the website is used. They require consent.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), traffic analysis with anonymised IP addresses and Consent Mode v2 enabled. Privacy policy
Marketing and profiling cookies
These measure campaign effectiveness and enable interest-based advertising. They require explicit consent.
- Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.), conversion measurement and remarketing. Privacy policy
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), remarketing and campaign measurement. Privacy policy
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company), campaign measurement and audiences. Privacy policy
- HubSpot (HubSpot Ireland Ltd.), recognising visits associated with marketing and sales activities. Privacy policy
- Apollo.io (Apollo.io, Inc.), identifying companies visiting the website for commercial purposes. Privacy policy
3. Google Tag Manager and Consent Mode v2
The website uses Google Tag Manager (ID: GTM-KCVK8M5) to manage tracking tags centrally. Google Consent Mode v2 is implemented: advertising and analytics signals start as denied and change to granted only after explicit consent, for the categories you authorise.
4. Data transfers outside the European Union
Some third-party services, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Apollo and Cloudflare, may transfer personal data outside the European Union. Transfers rely on European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
5. Managing consent
You can change or withdraw your choices at any time through the preferences panel. Consent is requested again after six months.
6. Disabling cookies in your browser
You can also disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent some website features from working correctly.
7. Data controller and contact details
The data controller is Webing Ltd, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. To exercise your rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR, including access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, contact privacy@webing.com.
